Healthy Deaf Minds

Healthy Deaf Minds is a series of talks with the Deaf/BSL community about mental health issues. Currently the evening meetings are held every 2 months in London.

Deaf people are the primary audience, but friends and professionals are welcome. HDM is an activity of the British Society for Mental Health Deafness. The aims of HDM are:

  1. to inform the Deaf/BSL Community about mental health issues;
  2. to empower the community to express its views; and
  3. to inform service providers about the views of Deaf/BSL people.

There is a Healthy Deaf Minds Yahoo! Group notice-board about meetings and information. To subscribe, just click on the link and an automatic e-mail will be sent.
